Deep Fried Ham and Pickle Rolls


Ingredients:
6 whole pickles
6 slices of pastrami or ham, sliced medium thick
8 oz of cream cheese, at room temperature
Your favorite batter

Directions:
Spread a generous amount of cream cheese evenly on the meat slices.
Tightly roll the pickle up in the meat slices.
Using tongs, gently roll in batter and drop into hot oil.
Fry till golden brown and crisp.
