Bacon Wrapped Onion Rings With Spicy Sriracha Dip


Ingredients:
1 lb. bacon
4 or 5 sweet onions
2 TBS pepper
1/2 cup Sriracha hot sauce
2 TBS mayonnaise
1 tsp lime juice

Directions:
Slice onions into 1/2 inch thick rings.
Separate rings.
Brush onion with hot sauce.
Wrap each onion ring with bacon.
Secure with a toothpick.
Generously sprinkle the onion rings with pepper.
Bake for about 90 minutes at 250-350 degrees.

To Make the Spicy Sriracha Dip:
Combine the mayonnaise, 1 TBS. of sriracha sauce and the lime juice. 
Mix well.
