RECIPE - Grilled Rosemary-Salmon Burgers

Ingredients:
1 and 1/4 pounds king salmon fillet, skinned and de-boned
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 Tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 Tablespoon olive oil

Directions:
Prepare the salmon by cutting into strips.
Cut the strips crosswise.
Chop the fish until well minced. 
Remove any remaining bones.

In a large bowl, mix the salmon with bread crumbs, onion, mustard, horseradish, and egg. 
Season with rosemary, salt, and pepper. 
Chill at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.

Form the salmon mixture into 4 patties. 
Lightly coat each with olive oil.
Place salmon on the grill, and cook 4-5 minutes on each side.
